Before joining Metro Realty, Paul operated an independent real estate company in Corona Del Mar, and was active in apartment and condominium development. He ha s extensive experience in property management.

Born and raised in Southern California, Paul attended California State University San Jose and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. After spending three years in the Navy, Paul spent five years working at a big six public accounting firm where he specialized in auditing and tax matters related to construction companies. It is this background that makes Paul uniquely qualified in the financial aspects of real estate transactions. Paul has been a leader in integrating the latest computer technology in his real estate marketing.
